Not sure if it has been mentioned already but photoprism added face recognition a few releases ago and it is working well for me: https://github.com/photoprism/photoprism

I'd like to throw in PhotoPrism[1], a web-based photo management tool. It's already moving forward steadily, having recently added a first version of facial recognition. The author wants to make it his full time job, but isn't quite there yet funding-wise.

Doesn't look like it's available as a paid service, unfortunately.

PhotoPrism (https://github.com/photoprism/photoprism) includes a TensorFlow model to tag pictures and search them.
