uYouPlus [1] doesn't require a Jailbreak, just sideloading. It implements SponsorBlock as well.
I've been using uYou+[0] & AltStore for about 6 months (since I switched to iOS from Android & Vanced) and I haven't had any problems with it. It has both SponsorBlock & normal ad block.
Or you can sideload uYou+[1] using Sideloadly[2] or AltStore[3]. It has built-in adblocker, UI unclutter options and Sponsorblock[4].

For iOS, you have the altstore with uYouPlus. It's basically a modded youtube with adblock and sponsorblock. The sideloading is hacky but it works
And at 12$ a month I still have to watch through all these 1min long sponsored segments.
YouTube without sponsorblock became unusable. For iOS I recommend uYouPlus: https://github.com/qnblackcat/uYouPlus
