Box breathing has actually worked for me. It's a nice quick way to get a moment of calm in a busy day. Just a few minutes can make an immediate difference in mood.

Author here. I created Breathly a couple of years ago, mostly as an exercise while also trying to ship something useful. It's a minimalistic free and open-source app for daily relaxation and breath training.

There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no trackers in Breathly.
