What does HackerNews think of fsv?
fsv is a file system visualizer in cyberspace. It lays out files and directories in three dimensions, geometrically representing the file system hierarchy to allow visual overview and analysis.
Language:
C
Modern-ish version you can run on Linux: https://github.com/mcuelenaere/fsv
fsv, which is a clone of fsn (the file system navigator seen in the film Jurrasic Park) is still around and useable even though it's not maintained anymore:
This was first featured in Jurassic Park [1], from IRIX's FSV which is open source [2].
I'm wondering if the file permissions could be visualized better.
