What does HackerNews think of ml-coursera-python-assignments?
Python assignments for the machine learning class by andrew ng on coursera with complete submission for grading capability and re-written instructions.
Language:
Jupyter Notebook
That's not the course OP is talking about.
The good news is that someone converted the matlab/octave exercise templates into numpy, and published them as jupyter notebooks that can work with the course's auto-grader: https://github.com/dibgerge/ml-coursera-python-assignments
You can do them in python and submit them! https://github.com/dibgerge/ml-coursera-python-assignments
I've been using a notebook running on Deepnote[0] to follow along to Andrew Ng's Coursera course (as I wanted to do it in python and not octave/matlab). It has worked really nice.

It would be convenient to have links included, however they seem to be discoverable by replacing the domain with "github.com" and then removing extraneous paths.
