As much as I hate 11 the live caption support which works in games too not just with videos is game changing (lol). It's an awesome feature. Lot of games doesn't have subtitles on their own, and I personally know some people with hearing loss who use live caption in 11 ever since it's available. Maybe Linux too will have something like that one day.
