OK. Anki-Fy my life, sounds good. Read lots and lots of words talking about improving memory. We are all knowledge workers, right? Who doesn't want better long term recall? This blog post links to another. More introductory words. The introduction goes on to explain how I will now easily understand journal papers and presentations. Great! But, to myself I think... "this sure is starting to sound like snake oil, when do I get to the part where it is actually explained what this Anki is..." and sure enough, eventually I grow impatient and just go google it up and Anki is just a $24.99 subscription flashcard app. Fuck me.

The iOS app is a one-time payment though.

This article is definitely not written with an unfamiliar reader in mind though, that's for sure.
