Do you remember in the early 2000s where Microsoft added to the .net runtime licence that you weren't allowed to perform or publish performance benchmarks?

Since then, I think It's fair to consider performance benchmarks coming fom Microsoft to be less than trustable.

To all the people so eager to downvote me, tell me this never happened.
