No canvas is a full blown canvas blocking addon. addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/no-canvas-fingerprinting/
It is developed by multiloginapp.com a privacy first browser suite.

If you use Chrome than you don't care about privacy at all so suggesting privacy extensions for chrome is ludicrous.
Security and privacy is just a marketing gig for Firefox in my personal opinion. Not truly reflecting the reality.
